Octopunx Spotlight
We are proud to feature our friend and frequent assistant director Brittany Brock as our winter OCTOPUNX SPOTLIGHT director. The crackled dead woods and chilly Southern horror of Brittany’s work is perfect for the season. While many of her stories deal with supernatural themes, much of the horror is ultimately from man.
This showcase lasts through April 8th and will feature four brilliant films by Brittany:
LITTLE (JANUARY 7th): An unexpected meeting turns dangerous as two children navigate the desolate, wooded terrain of their developing town.
BROADSIDE (JANUARY 14th): A brother and sister’s hunting trip goes awry.
WOMB (JANUARY 21st): A pregnant woman struggles with inner turmoil and anxiety that externalizes in terrifying ways.
REAPER (JANUARY 28th): Death comes for an old man.
